About Us
Welcome to the Highland Chase Homeowner’s Association Website! We are a small subdivision located near Interstate 20 just east of Atlanta. Our subdivision strives to maintain a high standard of excellence through care for our green spaces as well as our individual homes. We are in close proximity to many local restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other businesses which makes our subdivision an ideal location to live. It is nestled in a relative busy section off Salem Road but is the best-kept secret in Rockdale County!

PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO YOUR NEIGHBORS! Covenants require vehicles to be parked in the driveway when at all possible and only use street parking when absolutely necessary. Inoperable vehicles and vehicles with expired tags must be kept in your garage or will be subject to towing at the homeowners expense. Street parking interferes with mail, emergency vehicles, and trash vendors traffic in the community. Remember, PLEASE adhere to the 15 MPH limit!
