Q: When do I need to complete an Architectural Change approval Requests to the Board?
A: Any changes made to the exterior of a property require approval by the Board. If you are repainting with the same color, approval is not necessary. Check with the Board if you have questions.
Q: Is outdoor sporting equipment allowed on the property?
A: Any outside sporting equipment such as basketball goals, trampolines, horseshoes, etc. are not allowed.
Q: Are privacy fences allowed?
A: No fencing is allowed.
Q: Are yard sales permitted?
A: Yard sales are not permitted. Estate Sales have been approved if a homeowner passes away or is moved into a nursing home, but yard sales are prohibited.
Q: Is there a common garbage service used?
A: Republic Services or GFL
Q: Can I keep my garbage can outside of my garage?
A: Garbage cans are not allowed to be visible from the street and should be store out of site (Either in your garage or out of street view. Failure to comply will result in fines)
Q: Do I need to submit an architectural form when removing and/or planting trees/shrubs in my
yard?
A: Yes. ANY and ALL changes to a property or yard must be approved by the board.
Annual planting does not require board approval.
Q: Are storage buildings allowed?
A: No structures are allowed on any part of the property (including dog houses).
Q: Are trailers/campers/RVs allowed to be parked in the driveway?
A: Trailers are not permitted in driveways. Work vehicles with advertising are not allowed to be parked on the premises overnight as well.
Q: Do all mailboxes need to match?
A: Yes. If the mailbox is damaged, one must be purchased to match the others in the
subdivision. Contact the Board for approved mailbox vendors.
Q: Are A/C window units allowed?
A: A/C units, fans or other appliances are not allowed in windows and all window treatments should have white backing/tinting to keep the external view of the property uniform within the community.
PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO YOUR NEIGHBORS! Covenants require vehicles to be parked in the driveway when at all possible and only use street parking when absolutely necessary. Street parking interferes with mail, trash disposal and traffic in the community. Also PLEASE adhere to the 15 MPH limit!
